All on-site jobs require a diagnostic assessment, that is free with the purchase of any of our services. Our work is guaranteed. Diagnostics Not billed for diagnostics if you choose us for service.	$40
Tune-up / Virus Removal [Maintenance] A tune-up will speed up your computer by removing virus, spyware and malware infections, unnecessary files and registry entries. We will also provide customized software tweaks to maximize your systems performance. Our technicians will provide recommendations on hardware upgrades and explain how they will benefit you. Free anti-virus software is provided. A free hands-on tutorial is also provided with this service, where you will learn how to perform routine maintenance on your computer.	$99
Guaranteed Software Repair No matter how long it takes, we will solve your software problems for this flat rate.	$145
Laptop Hardware Replacement We will replace laptop hardware for $125 plus the cost of the part, as long as the replacement does not require any soldering.	$125 + part
Desktop Hardware Replacement We will replace desktop hardware for $75 plus the cost of the part.	$75 + part
Operating System Installation/Upgrade If your computer won't start, or you see a blue or black screen with an error, there is a good chance you have an operating system problem. We will fix any operating system problem, re-install your printer, other accessories and software. You are responsible for backing up your own documents, or you can choose the service below called Backup Files & Operating System Install where we do it for you.	$145
Backing Up Your Important Files Includes backing up files for all users on one computer. Does not include backing up the software applications, only the files you created with them. Ex: we cannot back up Microsoft Word for legal reasons, but we will back up your Word (.doc or .docx, etc) files. Price includes backup to CD's, DVD's or other computer on your network.	$95

Mini-Laptop & Netbook Repairs For computers without CD-Rom drives, it is harder to remove viruses and re-install the operating system, we are still able to back up your data and/or restore your computer but it will be an additional charge of $40 added to whichever of those services you need. **This only applies if you do NOT have a Cd-Rom or DVD-Rom drive on your laptop.	$40**
Laptop LCD Replacements & Repairs Cracked, broken or otherwise messed-up laptop screen? Don't buy a new laptop! We can get screens as low as $80, and installation is usually $120 depending on the type of laptop. We can give you an exact price for parts + labor if you call us, so please do!	Call for price
Backup your files - External, Off-Site, etc.. Before an unexpected crash happens, you should make sure you have a backup plan in place. We provide automated daily (hourly if you want) backup software and hardware. We can use external hard-drives, DVD's, off-site internet hosts (secure, private, password protected) so even if your office were to God-forbid burndown, you would still have your files.
