$99/yr Web Site : Includes ALL COSTS, No bull. Westchester, NYC

We have had 2 clients this week alone sign up for our $99/year web site design, hosting & .com plan. This means (the plan includes) everything that is needed to have your site up and running, is done, taken care of, and paid for, all by us. A simple $99 payment once a year to Cyburst, Inc. No confusion. And we charge $15/hr for modifications to the site after it is done, unless otherwise agreed upon in contract (we can offer other prices depending on what you buy/need etc.). Our web design service wasn't what started Cyburst, but since we have multiple techncians ca Must let you know up front, to get the price as low as $99/yr, you must not only sign a 5-year contract, but you must also choose either (1) HTML & Photoshop (in Website Examples, see Old Cyburst.com page) or (2) A website template (thousands to choose from, all different categories and types of technology used for the sites) that we'll edit and customize for your business. For $399, we will create a site with up to five pages using any language you want (or, if you don't care, we'll use whatever is best). We can make your site available to mobile users as well. iPad, iPhone and SmartPhone websites are not included in this price, but we do offer those services. Included with the $399 one time fee, is a custom made site for you based on a hand-drawing/sketch we will make WITH YOU, or, you can hand it to us yourself. If you already have a website, and you just want us to copy it and you would like to SAVE MONEY (such as, if your paying SuperPages or another web site development firm/contractor $50 to $200 a month), please, come to Cyburst, where we can put that same site up for a one-time payment of $100, and hosting fees of $20/month with only a one-year contract required.
