How soon can I get assistance?

Typically within 24 hours for prices already quoted or seen online, in certain circumstances we can get to you the same day but there may be an additional charge.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 24/7/365 by e-mail and by phone during 9AM-9PM E.T.


Do you accept credit cards?

We do accept credit cards; if unable to verify you are the card owner we may request I.D.


What is your hourly rate?

$75/hr for residential customers and $95/hr for business, professional and organization clients but we do offer flat rate (fixed price) services. Please note that home-based businesses (and professions, organizations..) including sole proprietors are billed $95/hr since it is a business. If you would like to know the exact price of a service please request a free quote. If the job is hourly, there is a minimum fee of 1 hour ($75/$95 as mentioned above).


I’m slightly outside your service area, can you help?

If you are close to the Hudson Valley but not in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange or Dutchess please fill out our free quote form. We may charge extra to cover costs involved with the additional travel.


Do you accept mail-in repairs in bulk?

Only if we can prove that you are the owner of all the machines, due to a common credit card fraud practice involving the mail, we must verify those requesting this service are who they claim they are by Skype/Video Conference, valid government issued I.D. and a matching form of accepted payment. If you are not comfortable sharing this information please do not contact us asking for exceptions.
